TESTIMONIALS

Kenny Gilbert understands injustice and took on the mission of changing liability on a credit card that had been fraudulently obtained and used by a former business partner. Although at least three times the bank insisted that I remain liable, Kenny persisted, writing letters, speaking to banking executives, and understanding the stress this kind this situation could put one through. Kenny’s patience, persistence, and thoughtful strategy resulted in justice being served, and after 7 months, convinced the bank to put liability on the party who used the credit card. I couldn’t be more thankful or in awe of the effort that was put into this case to get such a positive outcome. Overall Review: Professional, Courteous, Great Attention to detail

Kenn Gilbert is simply the best! I called Kenn when my godson was arrested on a false allegation of rape. Without getting into all of the details, Kenn worked with my godson, his parents and the detectives to help figure out that the allegations were false and the charges were dropped prior to a trial taking place, which was amazing. I can only imagine what could have happened were it not for Kenn's skills, integrity and early intervention into the my godson's case. Kenn's effort was nothing short of amazing and I'm so glad that we were referred to his services!

Kenny Gilbert represented me when my ex-spouse made false criminal charges against me. The case was dismissed because Kenny pointed out valid information not detailed within the police report. He was excellent in the courtroom and sensitive to my concerns of having to contend with an abject ex-spouse.

Mr. Gilbert represented my company in case brought by a disgruntled employee. He claimed we owed him over $100,000 unpaid wages.  Even we don’t speak perfect English, Kenny was very patience in explaining to us of all the options.  He always answered or returned phone calls. He gave us update on the progress and made sure we understand what was going on.  At the end, we were able to settle the case with less than $15,000 without dragging out for a long time.  I can’t tell you how relieved we felt.  I highly recommend him!

Kenny was my lawyer for the custody case against my abusive husband. Kenny is the most attentive lawyer ever!! Unlike another lawyer represented me previously, Kenny treated me like I was his only client.  When I told him that I didn’t want my kids to see his father, Kenny explained to me why that was not possible.  He came up with other ways to make sure my kids were safe when they saw their dad. I am so grateful that I now have sole custody of my children.  Thank you, Kenny!

A thoughtful, honest and very careful lawyer. Mr. Gilbert helped me when I was facing a false accusation from one of my acquaintances. He carefully listened to my story and took time to get every necessary information. He was great at explaining and breaking down the legal contexts, always clear with legal procedures and never made me confused during the process. Of course he cleared the case very quickly. He is a rare find; on top of the fact that he is very knowledgeable in his expertise and is well-experienced in the practice, he is honest, very thoughtful, generous and genuinely cares about every one of his clients. He is a great lawyer with wonderful personality. I would definitely recommend him.
